like i'll infect the happy people....

moving on.

good weekend, mostly at the state. i've discovered the key to surviving boring nights in the box is watching entire episodes of 'scrubs' on youtube. thank god for youtube! and thank god more for 'scrubs'... that show makes me laugh out loud in an entirely bizarre way. saturday was another classic state drinking party, hehehe. love it. had to pull an angelina in the week hours of the night, but recycling's better than going slowly insane i believe. ;-)

thursday i went to see kelly clarkson with ashley, courtney, johna, and the gang. it was very impressive, and a perfect night to sit on the lawn and gaze at the stars. i thought of a certain nyc hottie who gets to see more shows than i'll ever dream of.... i wonder if it's possible to become jaded by too many concerts... i think even i become jaded, what with my No-Lawn policy for DMB.... but standing back, far from the stage on the hill, with the stars out and the full effect of the stage lighting before me, i had to marvel at the world we live in.... good music and starry skies... that's a happy world. :) optimism... get it where you can, i suppose.
