small personal victory for me today! gave a fantastic presentation my class tonight! I am woman, hear me ROAR.

going to roanoke this weekend for dad's bday and to finally see claire's school. spending friday night in staunton with ashlie & the gang, might see my perfect country boy. lol. last time i ran with this crew i ended up with the perfect country flu... not trying to do that again.

interestingly enough, the campaign drama somehow made me rediscover my love for fiona apple. she's so amazing. i wish someone would release her 3rd album already. her music (2nd album, not first) is so appropriate for the state of my life right now. ahhh, the drama. c'est la vie.
