just wastin' time

so i'm killing time before my piano appointment and i'm starting to get really really frustrated about the ever-present "what am i doing with my life?" debate.

for the fun of it, i decided to go through my old emails, (well, actually, some of the 558 emails in my inbox that i've never deleted) and i found some from exactly two years ago where yusef and i were bitching about two boys we consider very very silly now. the most hilarious part is how incredibly seriously we were discussing them. "i'm not checking my email for 10 days because it's just too depressing..." "don't send him that email because he won't respond for 2 days which is a million years in internet time and you'll just get upset"

lol. SOME things NEVER change!

i'm tired of harrisonburg and i want to leave now. it sounds like rufus & ben at wolf trap is coming together nicely. and gavin, and of course all the dmb shows. this summer is tooooo much for a girl living 2 hours away from civilization in a town where she can't escape her ex-boyfriend.

i'm really not as depressed as this is making me sound. i'm just tired. :)
