here we are at another fabulous tommy tuesday. my oh my how the weeks seem to race by these days.

good memorial weekend, all in all. my sis and i laughed it up at all the pirate costumes on opening night, and then truly enjoyed the performance.

friday after work i headed downtown to meet yusef at Fridays, and then not fridays, and then the oldest sports saloon in DC. had some wine and headed to the DAR to see our irish folk-singer.
good show, altho i definitely missed lisa. lonely soldier was the hightlight of my night, i do believe. "i was less than enthused until i heard lonely soldier"..... LOL. after the show none of the boi's were interested in keeping the party going so i headed back to VA and (against my better judgement) to Shitlows to meet up with Tif and crew. had some laughs before changing venues to a local dive straight outta the 70s. had to leave to take care of my dog-sitting responsibilites.... :)

saturday i worked before running home to change and meet andrea for a little waterfront action and motorcyle dodging. met up with tomasz and immediately headed back to our most favorite place in the world... (4Ps) ugh. ran into someone unpleasant and actually headed home before last call, which is a first for me and the Ps. sunday i made a firm decision to stay in and chill with D&G and a bottle of wine. despite my resolve i started to get a little pouty when hours went by with no phone calls from anyone of importance.... when my phone started blowing up after midnight i had to laugh as i remembered exactly what type of people i hang out with..... LOL. drinkers!

memorial monday started with a girls-only pool party @ sarahs.... late afternoon we took the party to andreas for a BBQ, good times!! :) lots of wine and i was just thinking about the melrose BBQs of 2005 when i looked at my phone and noticed a new text from the amazing gitta!!! :) :) great minds think alike, indeed!
