(l to r) matron of honor - becky sue, maid of honor - me, bride - ashlie, groom - phil, best man - benjiwhat a beautiful weekend for a wedding!! :) i left nova-hell thursday after work, got stuck in horrible traffic and finally arrived for the wedding frenzy around 6.30pm. started assembling programs with my favorite cousin/blushing bride ashlie.... spent about 35 hours acting as my cousin's personal assistant/nerve control expert... hehehe good times. and, best of all, we got in two final nights out on the town as single ladies before she became mrs. howell.... i must say, i wasn't really sad or emotional at all until the bitter end of the reception when she asked me to help her get out of her dress so she could leave for her honeymoon... and it hit me that she was officially a married woman... wow. lucky for her, phil is one of the greatest guys i've ever had the pleasure of knowing, and i could not be happier for her.... but, as big V pointed out sunday morning, i'm without my best buddy. i know, i know, not literally and even figuratively not forever, but still... things have changed.
