how long can emotions keep on going up and down?

today has been the longest work day ever. just to pass the time, i used my lunch break to pick up the new alanis cd. YAY! i only had time to listen to a couple tracks... i refuse to listen to it for the first time in my office... they'll ruin it for me.

it's storming again. fantastic.
