stop twisting my words tonight
fantastic weekend!
i raced home friday after work so i could take a quick shower before meeting tina, marie (NL), and marie's sister for dinner at ghevy's in merrifield. we shared some dinner, some drinks, and a lot of laughs, and tina gave me my bling-bling!!! (phone charm!!!) it's a big, sparkly music note!!! so perfect!!!! :)
later i went to bridges in fairfax with ashley, rebecca, johnna, and jessica.... a lot of dancing, a TON of drinking, and a little bit of billiards made up the evening.
saturday was a lifetime movie marathon at home with jimi, then i went to the infamous 9:30club with yusef to see *starsailor*!!! and it was fantastic!!!!!! sooo good... i'm offically *so* excited about the new album.
there was a lot of drama with chris, and chad, and yusef, but i think it all went well overall. i didn't get to meet starsailor but that's cool. it was a late night and the concert was awesome. i got my tickets for liz phair in april!!! yay!!
shannon and toni will be coming with me from harrisonburg, hopefully meet up with yusef... should be a great night.
tina and marie told me they're going to gavin degraw on feb. 3rd. i'm going to *try* to go with them but it probably wont' happen.
i miss gavin.
sunday night harrisonburg got hit with a TON of snow... and lucky for me i managed to drive back during the absolute worst of it.... i ended up staying in bridgewater with my aunt and uncle... it was too crazy for me to drive further into no-man's-land during the snow!!!
is january over yet?
